Who writes these pages, the rules they follow, and what they deliberately leave out.
This is a static information site about IVIP9. What is here is an explanation of the steps, the vocabulary, and the things a reader is in a position to check for themselves. There is no account system, no form, and nothing collected from anyone who reads it.
How these pages are written
One rule runs through the whole site: write only what can be checked. Where a figure or a condition has not been officially published, these pages explain where to go and look for it rather than inventing a number to fill the gap.

These are not promises about quality. They are constraints you can verify by reading the pages themselves.

No bonus amounts, rebate percentages, minimums or payout rates appear anywhere on this site.
No invented reviews
No user quotations, no star ratings and no review counts, because this site has no review system for any of them to come from.
No claimed credentials
No licence, regulator, award or certification is claimed, because none could be evidenced here.
No promised outcomes
No page states how anything will turn out, because nobody is in a position to say.
Relationship to the operator
These pages explain how things work and point to an external account platform when a reader wants it. That hand-off is confined to the register and sign-in pages, and both of them show you the destination before you press anything.
