The published channels, what to prepare before writing, and what should never go into the message.
This site has no contact form, because no page here collects anything from a reader. The channel below is the one that is actually published.
What to prepare
A message with the details in it from the start usually gets resolved in one exchange. What helps most is the time it happened, what you were doing just before, and the words on the screen exactly as they appeared.
Before you write
Four things that shorten the exchange
When it happened
The date and approximate time, plus your time zone if you are not in Thailand.
What you did just before
A short sequence of steps lets the team reproduce the problem, which narrows it down faster than a description of the result alone.
The message on screen
Copy it as it appears, or attach a screenshot. Do not paraphrase — the detail left out is often the one that identifies the cause.
Device and browser
Whether it was a phone or a computer, and which browser. A good many problems only appear on particular combinations.
