The IVIP9 game categories

Slots, casino and live casino work differently and use different vocabulary. This page explains the differences before your first round.

Side by side

What actually differs between the three

This compares mechanics and pace only. It does not compare returns, because returns are not something an information page can tell you.

Vocabulary

The words you will meet on screen

These appear in almost every game. Knowing what they mean means deciding from what is on screen rather than from a guess.

Stake per round

What one round takes from your balance. It is yours to set, and worth checking before every session.

Lines or ways that count

Which patterns the game treats as a result. It lives in that game's rules screen and is not the same everywhere.

The round and its cut-off

In live casino each round has a hard cut-off, after which an entry cannot be changed.

Round history

The record of your own past rounds — the one source you can actually check when reviewing what happened.

One point that applies to all three Each round is independent of the ones before it. A run of results does not make the next round lean either way. The belief that something is "due" is the single most common misunderstanding in this category.
